Delivery Times:
NeddyUp is able to offer lower prices by only holding key stock, and ordering goods from our chain of suppliers on demand which keeps our overheads as low as possible.
Most orders are despatched within 3-5 working days subject to availability but can take up to 7-10 working days.
Please note that since we are reliant on suppliers, we cannot guarantee that site stock information is live; if you would like to check stock before making a purchase please e-mail customerservices@neddyup.com and we can give you a response as well as estimated dispatch / delivery dates.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if it exceeds the 7-10 working day target.
Delivery Costs:
Prices are calculated based on total order weight and will be displayed at checkout.
- UK:
- We now have only 3 bands for UK shipping prices (up to a max of 33kg):
Lightweight = £3.37
Mediumweight = £5.00
Heavyweight = £5.99
- Europe: Prices start at £5.60 up to £30.98 for heavier weight items up to 25kg

Returns & Exchange:
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied:
1) Notify us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
2) Tell us why you are returning the goods, your date of purchase and the item you are returning from your order.
3) We will contact you with a returns number (Please do not send your item back without obtaining confirmation via e-mail)
4) Return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging to our returns department; you are required to arrange and pay for the return. The item must be well packaged and clearly labelled.

- It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate.
