Stock and Delivery:

Most orders are despatched within 3-5 working days subject to availabilty but can take up to 7-10 working days if items need to be ordered. Goods that are special order will take longer.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if it exceeds the 7-10 working days.

Payment:

• We accept online payments within a secure environment directly on the site.
• We also accept a "PayPal Checkout Express" option for customers who prefer PayPal. Please note that American Express cards are only accepted via PayPal checkout.
• No card details are stored directly on the site.
• Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

• All payments are made in GBP (£). The current rate of exchange for EUR (€) to GBP(£) is 0.88. i.e. €1 = £0.88

Returns & Exchange:
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied:
1) Notify us within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
2) Tell us why you are returning the goods, your date of purchase and the item you are returning from your order.
3) We will contact you with a returns number (Please do not send your item back without obtaining confirmation via e-mail)
4) Return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging to our returns department; you are required to arrange and pay for the return. The item must be well packaged and clearly labelled.

4) We will arrange an exchange or refund you the full amount.

• It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
• We do not give refunds on items returned after 14 days, or damaged goods not notified to us within 14 days from receipt.
